Question of the week

Alrighty folks, I think I've got things set up. If you want to change anything in your Intro. just email me and I'll change it. Anything that bothers you let me know! I'm working on some posts but it'll take me a bit to get them together.

In the mean time, I've got a question for you all:) You may answer even if you haven't officially joined yet.

"What is the most helpful thing to you that helps you stay on program?"

I'm gonna answer first:) I have a couple. I'll do "top 3".

1. Having accountability (like 5 friends and a blog! I'm commited now.LOL)

2. A food/excercise/weigh-in journal. Helps me visually see what I'm doing and I can look back at how far I've come whenever I'm feeling discouraged.

3. A routine. I have a harder time when things get chaotic like say moving, a roadtrip, or a holiday weekend. Throws me all off.

Things that help me stay on track:

Looking in the mirror at myself from behind!

Having food I can snack on in the house.

The support of my family.

Knowing I am setting an example for my children.

Knowing there are people watching me loose weight, and commenting about it.

I would agree with you all.

I need routine.

I need to like what I eat. I tried for awhile eating this real low cal soup. I did lose weight but I hated the soup and that diet lasted a week. I gained it all back in a few days.

I need accountability.
