Question of the week

I know this is 2 days late but here's the ? of the week!

Do you try to drink regular water daily? "Regular" meaning no Crystal Light, iced tea, etc. If so, how much?

I TRY to but sadly mostly fail. Today I had a couple of glasses of iced water because it sounded good. I've been drinking Crystal Light lately because I'm trying to wean myself off of soda again. In Abq. I was drinking iced tea pretty much daily sweetened w/Splenda. I enjoy flavor in my drink and am trying to do a sugar free so I'm not overloading on carbs in my drinks....

yes. I LOVE water. I have a water jug that I carry around the house. I fill it with ice, water and a dash of lemon. My goal is to have at least two of them, but three is awesome. Most days I get a least one it. I also drink black coffee and somedays a herbal tea thrown in for fun. I try to stay away from juice, hot choc, pop. However, I get tempted once in awhile to get pop. When I do, I try to choose Freshca which is 0 cal. I would advise to not drink too much "low cal" "diet" beverages because they contain aspertame. Not a good chemical for our bodies.

Oh by the way, Jen, I left a comment on your other blog saying that I was listed as Kitchener instead of Cambridge, but I noticed that I was listed as Waterloo earlier. Weird.

Love water. Drink nothing else. Does carbonated water (no flavor, no sweeteners, nothing but water and carbonation) count as something other than water? :) If so, I drink that too!

Soda makes me high.

I hate the flavor of artificial sweeteners. So, I'm a total water freak. Don't drink milk, allergic.
